Barbara Wielicki is Vice President of Human Resources of ESI. In this role, Wielicki is responsible for all aspects of human resources and payroll across the company. She also holds responsibility for the marketing and sales training departments. In addition, she is responsible for the design and execution of management training.

Wielicki has over 20 years of experience in the human resources field. She joined ESI in 2006 from Anheuser-Busch where she was Vice President, Human Resources for the company's property and resort management operation in Virginia. She began her human resources career with the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation. Wielicki holds a degree in business from the University of Colorado.
