Kevin Kendall is Vice President of Service for the Print Technology Group. He is responsible for the development and growth of the Print Technology Group services team. Kendall came to ESI in 2008 with over 20 years of experience in the copier and professional services arena. He began his career as a copier technician with Lanier, moved into field service management, and more recently held the position of Director of Operations for Ricoh U.S., overseeing a $100 million operation.

Kendall has a degree in business administration, and is a graduate of Ameritech College in computer electronics technology. He is also a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Law Enforcement Academy.
