Richmond, Virginia – July 22, 2010 – Neopost USA announced today that it will partner with Electronic Systems, Inc. (ESI) to provide Hasler-brand and Neopost-brand coverage in Richmond, Virginia and the surrounding territory.
ESI has been a mailing equipment and software dealer for more than fifteen years in the Richmond market and brings a wealth of customer-focused industry experience to the Neopost USA dealer network. This new relationship will continue to strengthen the Neopost and Hasler brands in the region as ESI drives growth of sales and service opportunities for mailing and shipping equipment/software in the area.
“Neopost has a robust product line that will deliver outstanding performance and value-added features for our customers. A company's mail flow is no longer centered around the postage meter alone. Organizations are concerned with the flow of business critical information from document creation to methods of output such as mail, email, fax, web posting and archiving,” said Jeffrey Weirich, General Manager of ESI's mailing division. “Neopost and Hasler provide hardware and software solutions that maximize productivity through document control and automation without the need to change IT systems. As costs associated with mailing increase – such as a potential postage rate change in January 2011 - ESI will continue to educate our market and provide effective solutions that support any size office.”
ESI's mailing division has experienced tremendous growth throughout the state of Virginia as companies look to their mailrooms to streamline operations and reduce costs. ESI offers a full range of mailing and shipping equipment/software. These include addressing equipment, folders/inserters, mail machines, shipping/tracking systems, document control software, postal discounting software, paper cutters, paper shredders, letter openers, and mailroom furniture. Partnering with Neopost USA will deliver additional strength to their client offerings.
ESI also provides Neopost equipment to state and local government and educational institutions on the Commonwealth of Virginia state contract (E194-231-10VP) for mailing equipment (including postage meter rental or lease), accessories, and supplies.
