Configuration/Imaging
Electronic Systems utilizes a state of the art configuration center designed for assembling new machines and components, testing equipment for functionality, tagging assets, managing inventory and imaging software. Our configuration center allows us to prepare machines prior to deployment to customer locations, allowing minimal customer interruption when actual onsite installations occur.

We offer image management so ESI can create and maintain a library of images for customers specific to departments or locations. By utilizing our configuration center, most of the packing material is handled by us and never enters your site. All of this makes actual onsite work as simple as connecting the new machine to the network and performing minor hardware and software data transfers.

Asset Inventory
ESI can perform onsite and ongoing asset tagging of equipment such as computers, monitors, printer, servers, routers, hubs, external peripherals, etc. and have all information logged into either a customized database, spreadsheet or the ESI internal system for future use. Depending on your requirements, ESI can tailor a model to meet your needs.

On-site Installation or Moves
ESI takes the hassle out of buying a new machine and having it installed at your location. Our technicians can configure the equipment in house with no disruption to your endusers, deliver the equipment to your location and set it up according to your instructions. This allows you to focus your resources on other projects and leave the day-to-day operations to ESI. We also offer moves of existing equipment. Whether you are moving one machine or an entire office or performing a "trickle down" of equipment as you buy new and replace throughout your organization, ESI can work with you to provide the level of service to fit your needs.

ESI has more than 120 technicians certified and capable of troubleshooting and performing repair services on failed equipment. We offer certifications from most major manufacturers and have a dedicated call center and parts department that work furiously behind the scenes to minimize your downtime. You can further enhance your annual budget by signing up for an uplifted warranty or maintenance plan that leaves you and your organization free from unexpected charges when a problem occurs. Our services cover computers, laptop, monitors, scanners, hand held devices, tablets, Uninterrupted Power Supplies (UPS) and all internal and external peripherals. Dedicated Call Center
ESI has dedicated staff to help facilitate your service request. From the time you place the service call, until the technician satisfies your request, our call center agents work long and hard to ensure you receive the level of service you deserve. They act as a liaison and an advocate for you as they prioritize and dispatch technicians and interact with the parts department until you are up and running.

Technical Service Division
ESI can help keep your network and desktops operating at full capacity. Our technical services division is designed to handle network related problems such as server hardware failures, router/hub failure or configurations, down server scenarios and any general network problems or questions.
ESI Disposal Services
ESI is a single vendor disposal solution for your organization. We are experienced in all aspects of asset aggregation, cataloging, serial number and asset tag capture, removal and recycling logistics. All work is EPA and Virginia Department of Environmental Quality compliant, fully auditable, with all aspects performed by ESI personnel. ESI is experienced at partnering with your Leasing vendor or your desktop support vendor as a subcontractor and welcomes all disposal dialogue.

ESI Rentals
ESI is a leading nationally ranked dealer in copier and technology sales, service and support with more than 100 technicians statewide. ESI is a top dealer for Xerox, with many certified copier engineers, guaranteeing a pleasurable digital or analog copier rental experience. ESI staff operates throughout Virginia, and offers operator training as part of the rental.

ESI is capable of deploying technology anywhere within the State of Virginia. We rent a variety of technology solutions including digital projectors, flat panel displays, desktops, laptops, laser printers. Terms are from one day to one year. Quantity is not limited.

Our rental equipment is refreshed continuously, keeping the appearance and operating condition at its optimum. Cross rentals are welcome with approved credit.

Remote Network Management
ESI offers remote monitoring and management services to small and medium sized businesses. Whether it is cost prohibitive to hire full-time IT personnel or you need to augment your current staff's availability, ESI can provide you the expertise you need at a fraction of the cost.

The ESI Network Operations Center (NOC) is fully manned during normal business hours and is fully monitored during off hours. In a monitoring only engagement, the NOC will monitor the server, routers, firewalls and other contracted devices for any unusual activity and pre-failure warnings.

Rather than spend valuable resources watching data backup routines and other network administrative tasks, you can rely on ESI to monitor and manage these activities at a lower total cost to your business. NOC engineers diagnose and fix problems remotely when possible. If the issue requires an on-site expert, the appropriate resource will be deployed based on a pre-determined escalation policy of your choosing.

The NOC also provides full management services as an extension of the basic monitoring service.
