Electronic Systems, Inc. (ESI) successfully passed the requirements and the in-depth audit to re-certify as a Cisco Gold Partner. In addition to Cisco Gold status, ESI achieved two Master Specializations: Unified Communications + Collaboration and Cloud Managed Service Partner (CMSP).
Jim Tucker, ESI’s Director of Business Development, led the charge in organizing and keeping the audit requirements and goals visible for all. In addition, multiple teams worked over nearly four (4) months to prepare for the audits.

Cisco Master Collaboration Specialization
Master Collaboration Specialized Partners represent an elite partner community that has met the most rigorous certification requirements and are therefore the best for complex deliveries. The Cisco Master Collaboration Specialization is the most demanding certification, requiring extensive proof of the partner’s design and implementation capabilities.
The process and audit to receive the Cisco Master Collaboration Specialization required that ESI meet stringent requirements that demonstrate Master-level capabilities, and show an established customer success track record in the following areas:
